Obituary

BRIDGEWATER - Barbara F. (Freeman) Poe’Sepp, 85, lifelong resident of Bridgewater died Thursday, July 1, at home. She was the wife of the late Stephen C. Poe’Sepp.

Born Nov. 9, 1918 in Bridgewater, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Lydia (Wood) Freeman.

Mrs. Poe’Sepp had her master’s degree in Education and starting her teaching career in Norton.

She then taught third grade at the Burnell School in Bridgewater for 37 years.

Mrs. Poe’Sepp also taught Bridgewater State College extension courses.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Stephen C. and Nilda Poe’Sepp of Bridgewater; a granddaughter, Deborah Poe’Sepp of Acton; a close friend, Ellen Rucker of Raynham and two nieces, Suzanne Ronchetti of N.H. and Lydia Yaffey of Middleboro.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Central Cemetery, Halifax. Visiting hours omitted.
