Cheng, Lorraine, (nee Yang) , 86 of Fort Lee passed away quietly at home on Saturday, December 29, 2012. Beloved wife of the late David. Devoted mother of Kenneth and Gloria. Dear sister of the late T. M Yang, T.S. Yang and Sir T.L. Yang. Loving grandmother of Michelle.
Before retiring Lorraine worked as a bio chemist for Hoffman La Roche, Nutley, NJ. She was a benefactor of The David & Lorraine Cheng Library at William Patterson University, Wayne, NJ.
Friends and family will be received on Wednesday, January 2nd from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 789 Teaneck Road, Teaneck. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made in Lorraine’s name to : The William Paterson University David and Lorraine Cheng Library.
