Ralph L. Conserva, Jr.
Devoted father, son and brother
TEWKSBURY: Ralph L. Conserva, Jr. age 48, a lifelong resident of Tewksbury, passed away unexpectedly at Lowell General Hospital, Saints Medical Center Campus, on Tuesday, December 25, 2012, from an apparent heart related condition.
He was the proud father of U.S. Army Reserve Pvt. Andrew J. Conserva of Tewksbury.
Born in Medford on September 18, 1964, Ralph was the beloved son of Ralph L. Conserva, Sr. and Annamay (Schumb) Conserva, who survive him, of Tewksbury.
He was raised in Tewksbury, attended Tewksbury schools and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1983.
Ralph worked for many years as a Manufacturing and Planning Supervisor.
He enjoyed spending time with his son, family and many friends. In addition, Ralph was blessed with a tremendous sense of humor and loved to share a funny joke or story.
Besides his beloved son and parents, he is survived by four brothers, Fr. Stephen Conserva, O.M.I. of San Fernando, CA, Mark Conserva of Lowell, Dean Conserva and his wife Robin (Chafin) of Tewksbury, and Matthew Conserva and his wife Dr. Veronica Triaca of Concord, NH; three sisters, Lynelle (Conserva) LaPointe and her husband Robert of Tacoma, WA, Valerie (Conserva) Mackey and her husband Richard of Tewksbury, and Ann Marie (Conserva) Cambio and her husband Steven of Tewksbury; his dear friend, Lynne Smith of Andover; also many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Calling hours are Sunday, Dec. 30, from 4-8 p.m., at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. His funeral will be held Monday, Dec. 31, at 9 a.m., from the funeral home, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 a.m., in St. William's Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury. Interment at Tewksbury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Oblate Residence, 486 Chandler St., Tewksbury, MA 01876.
