Husband of the late Anna Marie Merhaut; beloved father of Jacqueline Ann (Randy) Reitzel and Neal (Phyllis) Merhaut; loving Grand Pap of John A. (Stephanie) Marzina, Jason A. (Amy) Marzina, Kelly Lynn (Brian) Bosma, Justin A. Merhaut, and Matthew S. Merhaut; survived by eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by four sisters and one brother.
