TEWKSBURY: Faith M. (Philbrook) Carey, age 70, a resident of Tewksbury for the past 40 years, died Sunday, June 27, 2004 at the Heritage Manor in Lowell.
Born in McIndoe Falls, Vermont on March 16, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Velma (Waterman) Philbrook.
Mrs. Carey attended Lowell, Mass. schools. In addition, Mrs. Carey received formal training and certification as a medical assistant.
She enjoyed traveling, drawing, caring for the landscape of her yard and sharing her time with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Carey was a former member of Acacia Chapter # 80 Order of Eastern Star.
She is survived by 4 daughters; Billie Jean Marcley and her husband Howard of Lowell, Linda Joy Carey of Lowell, Annette Marks and Jeanette McKeon both of Manchester, NH; 2 sons; Michael R. Marks of Pittsburg, PA and Lawrence A. Marks and his wife Debbie of Lowell; 2 sisters; Janice Bailey and Patricia Pothier; also many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 1st, at 1 p.m. at the Tewksbury Cemetery, East St., Tewksbury. At the request of the family there are NO Calling Hours. Arrangements entrusted to FARMER & DEE FUNERAL HOME, TEWKSBURY.
