Margaret A. Montisano (Aprea) age 85 of Canton passed away December 22nd at the Kindred Newton Wellesley Rehab in Wellesley. Born in Boston, she was raised in Hyde Park and attended Boston Schools. She had lived in canton for the past 36 years and previously lived in Dedham. She was a devoted housewife and mother and previously volunteered as a lunchroom monitor for the Newton Public Schools. Beloved wife of the late Francis J. Mother of Phyllis King & her husband John of Boston, Joseph Montisano & his wife Audrey of Pepperell, Francis J. Montisano II & his wife Donna of E. Bridgewater, Susan Seguin & her husband John of Canton & Joanne Hood & her husband Scott of NH. Sister of Rose Wayne of CA, Alda “Ida” Carozza & John Aprea both of Canton and Frank Aprea of Wrentham and the late Madeline Fiore, Nellie Olivero, Josephine Larkin, Anna Fritzmanns, Joseph, Rocco & George Aprea. Sister in law of Catherine Malcangio, Josephine Taramasco, Mary Schuldt, Teresa Chittum, Ann Strang, Albert and Carlo Montisano. Godmother of Mary Ann Lawrence of Florida, Linda & Dianne Carrozza of CA, Robert Aprea of Westwood and Donna & Mark Aprea. Grandmother of Allison Theall, Amy King, Meridith Regan, Justin Montisano, Samantha Kruskall, Victoria Montisano, Michelle Mullin, John Seguin, Holly Seguin, Joseph Anastasia, Alyssa Anastasia, Jonah Hood, Gabrielle Hood & Ian Hood. Great grandmother of Jack Theall, Margaret Theall, Henry Theall, Ava Regan, William Regan, Mackenzie Mullin & Cameron Mullin. Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral mass at St. Gerard Majella Church 1860 Washington St. Canton Monday morning at 10. Visiting hours omitted. Burial Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park.
