Funeral services for Nyoka Brooks Castleberry, 64, Doles Community, Worth County, GA , will be held Friday, December 21, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. at the Red Oak Baptist Church in Worth County, GA with burial to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn, GA. Mrs. Castleberry died Wednesday at her residence following an extended illness.
Mrs. Castleberry was born in Ashburn, GA, the daughter of the late Wiley Lee and Zonnie Mae Summeralls Brooks. She was a retired beautician and was a member of the Red Oak Baptist Church in Worth County, GA.
She is survived by her husband, Arlie M. Castleberry, Sylvester, GA, four daughters, Nyoka Maria Rietmire, Bradenton, FL. Vicky Quaile, Sylvester, GA, Rebecca (Mark) Stewart, Rebecca, GA, Kimberly Gomez, Cordele, GA. Also surviving are one brother, Paul Brooks, Port Charlotte, FL, and three sisters, Barbara Farmer, Sycamore, GA, Minnie Ingalls, Lakeside, CA, Fannie Mackie, Angel Fire, New Mexico; fifteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel.
