Judith L. Smith, 60 of Derry, NH died Friday June 25, 2004 at the Epsom Healthcare Center, Epsom, NH following a battle with Lymphoma. She was born in Newburyport, MA, on January 7, 1944 a daughter of the late, Albert W. and Eleanora (Fowler) Smith. She had resided in Derry for the past five years, formerly living in Manchester, NH.
She is survived by her longtime companion, William R. Jenkins of Derry, NH, three daughters, Jacqueline Smith, Judy Smith, Trudy Guy Lavoie, three sons, Chico Guy, II, Michael Smith and Joseph Smith, three sisters, Mary Ann Hassen and Iona Aucorn both of Rochester,NH, Lillian Donahue of Salisbury, MA, two brothers, Ralph Smith of Seabrook, NH, Lawrence Smith of Biddeford, ME, also many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her best friend, Ruth Bergan of Derry, NH. She was predeceased by her brother, William Smith.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, memorial services will be held on Monday June 28th at 1:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH.
