WILMINGTON - Florence M. (Lariviere) Crispo, 89, a long time Wilmington resident, diedSaturday, Mar. 2, in No. Billerica, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was wifeof the late George A. Crispo, who died in 1989.
She was born in Lawrence, April 15, 1912, a daughter of the late Joseph and Alphonsine(Croteau) Lariviere, and raised in Lawrence. She lived in Wilmington the greater part of her life.
She was an active participant in Wilmington’s senior programs, and a frequent visitor to theSenior Drop-In Center.
She is survived by three daughters; Georgette E. and her husband Lester O. Frisch Jr. ofTewksbury, Carole J. and her husband Edward J. Gath of Lowell, Therese M. and her husbandWilliam Black of Wilmington, three sons, David G. and his wife Ruthie (Hodgdon) Crispo ofReading, Joseph P. Crispo of Wilmington, George A. Crispo Jr. and his dear friend WandaRobinson of Billerica, one sister; Alice M. Crispo of Tewksbury, 11 grandchildren and 2 greatgrandchildren.
She was also mother of the late Mary Therese Crispo.
Her Funeral Mass was held Thursday, Mar. 7, in St. William’s Church. Interment was in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
