PROVIDENCE, RI… Barbara M. (Furtado) Senay, 67, of Fall River passed away Friday, December 7, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital.
She was the wife of Eugene Senay.
Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Pheobe (Machado) Furtado and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
Mrs. Senay was a member of the Fall River South Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness and enjoyed music, crocheting, reading the Bible, and spending time with her family.
Along with her husband, survivors include 2 daughters: Barbara Dias of Port Charlotte, FL and her husband Louie, and Michelle Senay of Fall River, 1 son: Russell Senay of Bloomingburg, NY and his wife Cheryl, 1 sister: Debra Machado Sousa Braga of Fall River, 1 brother: Donald Paradise of Boise, ID, 4 grandchildren: Marrissa, Justin, Rebekah, and Mikayla, and 2 great grandchildren: Jacob and Donovan, 2 nieces Jessica and Dianna, and a nephew Eric. She was the mother of the late Kenneth Senay and Eugene Senay, Jr.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday December 15, 2012 at Fall River South Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, Eastern Avenue, Fall River at 2PM. Arrangements are by the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723.
