George Martin Lane, 70, of Clarksville, TN, died on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. He was born on November 29, 1942 in Ft. Benning, Georgia to the late Dewey H. Lane and Inez M. Hallmark Lane. He was also preceded in death by his son, John Martin Lane.
No services are planned.
George was a Retired U.S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Adams Lane of Clarksville, TN; son, George Thomas Lane of Clarksville, TN; daughter, Maara Lane of Atlanta, GA; sister, Pat (David) Bracken of Eufaula, AL; two grandchildren, Justin Lane and Peyton Soren of Pensacola, FL; and his Dachshund baby, Jewel.
