Josephine Catherine (Arra) Fantegrossi 88, of Needham died on Monday June 21st at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Needham. Born in Somerville Mrs. Fantegrossi grew up in Needham where she attended Needham Schools and has been a resident of Needham for nearly 85 years. While in Needham Josephine worked for the Needham Elastic Company for 28 years and later the William Carter Company for 6 years. Josephine was the beloved wife of the late John B. Fantegrossi. Loving mother of Patricia A. Welch of Needham, Peter J. Fantegrossi of Boca Raton FL and Casilde M. “Cassie” Murphy of Dedham. Sister of the late Raymond, Lawrence and Charles Arra. Josephine also leaves her 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Thursday June 24th at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
