Robert J. Pariseau 82, of Edgewater Dr., Blackstone, died Saturday, December 1, in the VA Hospital in Providence. He was the husband of the late Gabrielle P. (Roch) Pariseau. He was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Adelard and Alice ( Masse) Pariseau. Mr. Pariseau was an army veteran of the Korean War. He was an appliance technician for Westinghouse Corp in Marlboro, MA for twenty eight years before retiring in 1992. He was a member of the Italian Workingman’s Club and the Cercle Laurier. Mr. Pariseau was an avid fisherman, and enjoyed woodworking and reading.
He is survived by his sons; Raymond J. Pariseau and his wife Diane of Manville, Robert Pariseau the II, his daughter Michelle Gilligan of Johnston, eight grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 10:00AM in St. Theresa’s Church, Rathbun St., Blackstone. The family will receive guests in the vestibule of the church at 9:30. Burial will be private.
