Conrad D. Menard, 72, of New Bedford died November 30, 2012 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness.
Born in New Bedford, the son of the late Ernest and Corrine (Douval) Menard, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
Mr. Menard was formerly employed as a subcontractor in home improvements for many years until his retirement.
He enjoyed fishing with his grandson Corey.
Survivors include his companion, Bonnie E. Desrochers; 3 sons, Thomas Menard and Daniel Menard, both of Acushnet and David Menard of Wareham; a daughter, Donna Pacheco of Lakeville; 2 step-daughters, Joanna Cabral of New Bedford and Michelle Constant of Fall River; 3 sisters, Bernice Medeiros and Jacqueline Morra, both of New Bedford and Jeannine Smale of Florida; 11 grandchildren, a great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Norman Menard, Lionel Menard, Robert Menard, Gene Menard, Donald "Pete" Menard, Louella Foley and Phyllis Cabral.
