PELHAM, NH - Frances C. (DeLorie) Walsh, 78, a former resident of Sullivan Parkway inTewksbury, died Monday, June 21st at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NewHampshire, after a brief illness. She was the wife for 53 years of Leo J. Walsh, who died in 1999.
She was born in Somerville, MA, May 18, 1926, the daughter of the late William and Grace(Bailey) DeLorie. She was raised in Arlington, but lived in Tewksbury from 1953 until 1990,when she moved to Nashua and most recently to Pelham.She was a former communicant of St. William’s Church in Tewksbury, and as a member ofPelham, St. Patrick’s Church.She will be fondly remembered as having devoted her life to her family.She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Karen (Suprenant) Walsh ofPelham, Thomas and Janine (Walker) Walsh of Tyngsboro, two daughters and sons-in-law, Janetand James Valliere of Honolulu, HI, Carolyn and Scott Insinga of Nashua; nine grandchildren,Kylie Campbell of Nashua, Kaelyn, Cameron, and Colby Walsh of Pelham. Thomas, Corey,David, Jaclyn Walsh of Tyngsboro a brother and two sisters-in-law, Gilbert and Joan (Riley)DeLorie of Suncook, NH, and Millie DeLorie of Santa Barbara, CA; and many nieces andnephews.She was also sister of the late George DeLorie. Grandmother of the late Katie Walsh ofTyngsboro.
Her FuneralMass was held Wednesday, June 23, in St. William’s Church. Interment was in Tewksbury Cemetery. In lieuof flowers memorials to Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Rd. Merrimack, NH 03054will be appreciated.
