Carolyn "Susie" (McKeand) Miller, 73, of Anderson went to be with her Lord November 27, 2012.
Susie was born March 14, 1939 in Anderson to William D. & Iva Pearl (Shaw) McKeand.
She was the lunch lady for 20 years at Valley Grove Elementary School cafeteria.
She is survived by her 3 children, Natalie & Don Krebs; Chris & Lara Miller; Leslie & Tim Fritz; grandchildren, Lindsay Dowell; Tyler (Sherry) Fritz; Matthew (Lacey) Miller; Joseph Miller; great grandchildren, Tyler J. Fritz, Trace Fritz; brother William (Judi) McKeand, sister Jacquelyne (Jim) Bronkella; several nieces, nephews and a special cat Daffy.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Nathan "Bud" Miller whom she married in Anderson on March 15, 1959; her parents, her sisters, Marjorie Melson, Elizabeth Reason and her brother Patrick J. McKeand, her father-in-law and mother-in-law Ray and Fostene Miller, brother-in-law Jay Miller.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 12:00 noon at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Ned Clark of Chesterfield Christian Church officiating. Burial will take place in East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Madison County Humane Society.
