Martinez – Mr. Tomas J. Dobinski, 87, beloved husband of the late Lovinah Dobinski, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Trinity Hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Platts Belair Road Chapel with Pastor William F. Harrell and Pastor Terry Doss officiating. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
Mr. Dobinski was a retired veteran of the United States Army, having served during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was a faithful member of Abilene Baptist Church, as well as the Jim Dixon Sunday school class.
He is survived by his sons, Frank Dobinski of Baltimore, MD., and Thomas Dobinski of Greenville, S.C., his three daughters, Kathy Hildebrand of Midlothian, VA., Valerie Hudley of Havana, FL., and Susan Ford of Martinez, GA., a sister in law, Carole Rocco of Alpharetta, GA., as well as ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Thomas M. Dobinski.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday evening, November 30, 2012 from 7:00 until 9:00 PM.
