Mary (Antunes) Perry, 86, of Westport died Thursday, November 22, 2012 at Our Lady’s Haven in Fairhaven. She was wife of the late Antone Perry.
Born in Westport, daughter of the late Joseph and Maria J. (Roza) Antunes, she was a lifelong resident of Westport. Prior to retirement in 1988, she was a textile worker in various shops in the area. A Communicant of St. George Church, Westport, she was also a member of the St. George Womans Guild and the I.L.G.W.U. Mrs. Perry enjoyed bowling, traveling and sewing.
Survivors include a daughter: Kathleen A. Archer of Westport; a brother: Antone Antunes of Westport; 4 sisters: Emilia Andrade of Westport, Maria Dubois of New Bedford, Delolinda Cangiano of Westport and Adeline Morris of Bristol, RI; and several nieces and nephews.
She was sister of the late Alice Moore and Rose Manchester.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, November 26, 2012 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. George Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Sunday 2 – 5 P.M.
Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
