Thomas J. Fitzpatrick, 56, of Hudson, NH died Thursday June 17, 2004 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Boston, MA. He was born in Beverly, MA on September 14, 1947, a son of the late Thomas J. and Margaret (Nimblett) Fitzpatrick. He was a resident of Hudson for 18 years, formerly living in Londonderry, NH. Mr. Fitzpatrick studied electrical engineering while attending MIT in Boston. He was a Special forces medic while serving in the US Army. He was employed as a software engineer for Aerosat Avionics in Nashua and previously was employed by Lockheed Sanders in Hudson for many years.
He is the husband of Karen E. E. (Whipple) Fitzpatrick, of Hudson, father of Kathleen Fitzpatrick, Deborah Fitzpatrick, Daniel Fitzpatrick, all of Hudson, and Benjamin Fitzpatrick (deceased), brother of Jane Fisher of Hudson, uncle of Meghan Fisher and Gaje Mansfield.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday June 20th from 5 -8 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Funeral services will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Smithsonian Institution, 1000 Jefferson Drive SW 4th Floor, Washington, DC 20560-0410.
