Marianne B. (Will) Smith, age 73, of Salem, NH, died Thursday at Holy Family hospital, Methuen, MA.
She was born in Erlangen, Germany, where she grew up and attended schools. She came to the United States in 1958. She was a resident of Salem for the past 48 years, formerly of Pelham, NH.
Mrs. Smith was a homemaker. She was member of the former German Club in Salem, NH. She was a member of the Hannah Tenney Methodist church in Salem. She volunteered for the Salem Historical Society and she enjoyed traveling and going to book discussions with her husband Jonathan at the Kelley Library in Salem.
She is survived by her husband Jonathan Smith of Salem

Calling hours will be Monday, Nov. 19th from 4-7 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Nov. 20th at 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem.
