Carey William Crosby, 69, of Lenox died Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 16, 2012, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. W. E. Fogarty will officiate with burial to follow in Oakdale Baptist Church Cemetery in Moultrie. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 15, 2012, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mr. Crosby was born on February 26, 1943 in Colquitt County and was the son of George W. Crosby and Sylvia Paramore Thompson Crosby, both deceased.
Mr. Crosby is survived by two brothers and one sister-in-law, Wayne L. and Letha Crosby of Tifton and Carroll Crosby of Adel; and one sister, Linda Jackson of Lakeland.
