June (Ryan) Beaulieu, 82, of Salem, NH, formerly of Cambridge, MA died Mon., Nov. 5th at Salemhaven.
June was one of eleven children, the daughter of the late Robert and Jessie (Abbott) Ryan. She was the wife of Daniel who passed away in Dec. 2011. Dan and June were married for 62 years and were an inseparable pair. He was her first and only love and she missed him dearly. She asked to be with him every day. This amazing couple raised their nine children in Cambridge, MA in a two bedroom apartment. They later moved to Sandown, NH where they live for 30 years, in the house they both built with their own two hands.
When there were no babies to care for, June joined the work force and commuted every day with her husband down to Cambridge where they both worked for Harvard University for many years. After all their children moved out, they relocated to Northwood, NH. June was a very kind, loving and generous lady who laughed easily and never complained. She would have loved being independent, but because of her failing health, her time at Salemhaven was spent playing bingo and joining in all activities. She made many loving friendships while there. She enjoyed seeing her family and being with them. She will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. Love you, Mom.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, a brother Robert Ryan, sisters Marion Acenas and Alice Chartier and a great grandson, Carter Hayes.
She is survived by 5 sons, Daniel and wife Kristine of Westford, MA, Ralph of Manchester, David and wife Shannon of CO, Charles and wife Tammy of Franconia, NH, Richard and wife Kathy of VA; 4 daughters, Claudette and husband John Appleby of Summerfield, FL, Beverly Hayes of Derry, NH, Dorothy and husband Bob Barrett of Salem, NH, Debbie and husband Bob Tine of Sandown, NH; 17 grandchildren, Jill, Joshua, Jenni, Cory, Rachel, Ralphie, Sean, Paul, Johnny, Bobby, Katie, Mackenzie, Jennifer, Eric, Nathan, Chaz and Danielle, 9 great grandchildren, Dylan, Isabeal, Dominic, Cailyn, Colin, Zachary, Ava, Liana and Alexia; sisters, Doris Brown, Millie Barton, Barbara Bowers, Betty Demers, Roseann Duggan; brothers, David and Danny Ryan; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be Thurs, Nov. 8th from 9AM-12PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. The Funeral Service will follow at 12 Noon. Burial is in Sandown.
