Marie R. Bruus, (Cater) of Canton, passed away November 3rd at the Hellenic Nursing Home. Born and raised in Canton, Marie was a graduate of Canton High School. She worked in the Data Processing Department for the Canton School Dept. for many years. Marie also worked at Andreotti Pharmacy for 22 years before retiring. Beloved wife of the late Walter "Sonny" Bruus. Loving mother of Steven and his wife Frances Bruus and Cheryl Bruus all of Canton. Marie is also survived by her cherished granddaughter, Breanne, also of Canton. Visiting hours in the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington St., CANTON, on Tuesday from 4-8 pm. Graveside Services in the Canton Corner Cemetery on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
