Obituary

Carol Ann (Lombard) Considine of Natick, passed away on November 3, 2012 at the Metro West Medical Center in Natick after a lengthy illness surrounded by her loved ones. She was 76 years old.

Born in Brighton, the daughter of the late Louis and Rose (Marinucci) Lombard, Carol was raised in Brighton where she attended St. Columbkille’s School. Carol worked for the Honeywell Corporation for a number of years and was then employed in the floral industry which was her passion. Carol’s happiest times were spent with her children and grandchildren who she considered to be the “Light of her Life”. She was loved by family and friends and touched many lives with her gentle spirited soul. Carol moved to Natick from Newton 20 years ago to her new home which became the center piece of family, food, music, poolside fun and most of all love. One of her pleasures was being a part of the 15 Gardeners of Natick. Carol’s family would like to recognize the staff at the Eliot Healthcare Center in Natick for the loving care they gave to Carol during her illness.

Carol is survived by her husband, Edward M. Considine of Natick and 6 devoted children, Karen Susi and her husband Tony of Canton, Doreen Mancini and her husband Bruno of Norwood, Edward M. Considine, Jr. and his wife Susan of Brighton, Brenda Miskin and her husband Mark of Needham, Andrea Kelly and her husband David of Natick, and Dave Considine and his wife Christine of Natick. She was the cherished “Grammy” of Tony, Joey, Jimmy, Michael, Danny, Gina, Dylan, Eva, Ricky, Jake, Brandon, Katherine, Julianne, Brendan, and Caitlyn, and the dear sister of Adele Westbrook of Portsmouth, N.H. and the late Anthony Lombard and Joyce Harris.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Carol’s funeral from the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St. (at Natick Common) NATICK on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 8:00 AM to be followed by her Mass of Christian Burial in St. Linus Church, 119 Hartford St. Natick at 9:00 AM. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 4-8 PM.
