Edith R. Bradley
Augusta, GA – Edith Ruth Ilse Bradley, 89, entered into rest on Saturday, November 3, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Richard Bangs Bradley.
Mrs. Bradley was born in Badziegen, Germany on March 26, 1923. She lived in Augusta for the past 52 years. She was a member of Burns United Methodist Church. Mrs. Bradley was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was sweet, kind, giving, and beautiful inside and out.
Family members in addition to her husband include sons: Mason Roy Bradley (Becky), Whitney Leon Bradley (Salle); grandchildren: Nina Broach (Chuck), Ryan Noel (Barrett), Karen Gerard (Chris), Sharon Old (Justin), Kyle Bradley; and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Burns United Methodist Church with Pastor Keith Cox officiating. Pallbearers will be Barrett Noel, Chuck Broach, Justin Old, Chris Gerard, Danny Singletary, Carl Adams and Barry Costello. Burial will be at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery at a later date.
