RAYMOND W. “RAY” BLEDSOE, 81, went to be with Jesus on October 31, 2012. He was a 30 year retiree of International Harvester and was an Army veteran. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, two daughters, Debra L. Davis (Roger) and Kathy A. Samuels (Danny); three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two sisters, Norma Bennett and Betty Cissell (Stan). A celebration of his life will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Dixie Valley Church of God, 4703 Quinn Drive with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway and from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Friday at his church. In lieu of flowers memorials gifts may be made to Shively Area Ministries.
