Funeral Services with interment at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, Florida will follow.Born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Rafael resided in Chelsea until 3 years ago when he moved to Biddeford, Maine. Working in the construction trade for many years, he was found mortally wounded in front of his home early Wednesday morning.
