BROOKS, WILLIAM SR., 48, passed away October 22, 2012 at University of Louisville Hospital. Survivors include his loving wife, Brenda (Dickson) Brooks; children, David Dickson, William Brooks, Jr., Travis Brooks, and Lauren Brooks; two grandchildren; and one brother. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. Monday and 10 until the service at 1 on Tuesday.
