Doris B. Stevens, 74, of Londonderry, NH died on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Elliot Hospital, Manchester, NH surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 8, 1937 in Melrose, MA, a daughter of the late Angus M. and Doris (Johnson) Gidney. She was a board member of Wagon Wheel Tenants Co-Op, Inc. Doris was a devoted wife, loving mother and caring grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Bradford P. Stevens of Londonderry; two sons, Bradford P. Stevens, Jr and John D. Stevens; one daughter, Patricia J. McFadyen; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister and brother- in- law, Carol and Robert Taylor; and sister-in-law Judith Stevens.
Following cremation, a memorial service was held on Friday, October 26th at 4:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Friends and family were invited to gather at the funeral home prior to the service beginning at 3:30pm.
