Cannon, James R. “Jimmy”, 64, of Louisville passed away October 21, 2012 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. Jimmy was a Catholic by faith and retired from TyssenKrupp as an elevator constructor. He was a member of Local 20 and the Amateur Trap Shooter Association.
He is preceded in death by his son, James Robert “J.R.” Cannon and parents, Pauline and J. O. Cannon.
Survivors include his daughters, Cindy Jessee (Tony) and Connie McDonald (Keith); nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; and former spouse, Linda Lally.
A graveside service will be held 11:00AM (CST) Thursday at Sand Knob Cemetery in Axtel, KY. Visitation will be 2-8 Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
