— Irene C. (Cote) Plourde, age 90, of Lynn died at a local nursing home October 20. Born in Manchester, NH, she was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Eva (Cote) Cote and the wife of the late Louis S. Plourde. She was a resident of Lynn for 65 years.
Before her retirement she was a dietician at the Lafayette Convalescent Home for 32 years.
Irene is survived by one son, Ronald L. and his wife Bonnie M. Plourde of Lynn; two daughters, Diane J. and the late Benoit Bourque of Providence, RI, and Gloria J. and her husband Ronald Olbash of Lynn; two brothers, Bernard Cote of Bedford, NH and Andre Cote of Manchester, NH; one sister Bernadette Ploure of Florida. Beloved grandmother of six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Also several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Gerard, Marcel, Theresa Meyer and Marie Adams.
Service Information: Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services in the NADWORNY FUNERAL HOME, 798 Western Ave., Lynn on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visiting hours Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
