James "Mopse" Marks, age 57, of Broxton, GA passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2012, at his residence. Mr. Marks was born on December 14, 1954, in Douglas, GA to the late John Marks and Helen Porter Marks.
Survivors include: his wife, Teresa Marks, of Broxton, GA; two daughters, Carmen Banks, of Broxton, GA and Stefanie Marks, of Visalia, CA, one son, Brian Marks, of Visalia, CA, three grandchildren, one great granddaughter, McKenna Porter, one brother, Richard Marks, of Broxton, GA. He is preceded in death by a sister, Jennifer Rowland.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 19, 2012 from 6-9 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Harvest Time Church of God with Rev. Joey Copeland officiating. Interment followed at Roxy Mae Cemetery.
