Paul Vernon Mossberg, 54, of Clarksville, TN, died on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. He was born on September 19, 1958 in Cambridge, Minnesota to the late Bernard John Mossberg and Phyllis Mae Stevens Mossberg.
He is survived by his wife, Samantha Mossberg of Clarksville, TN; three sons, Nicholas Paul Mossberg, Cody Yun Mossberg of Hawaii, and Matthew Whitehead of Elizabethton, TN; daughter, Brittany Whitehead of Elizabethton, TN; two grandchildren, Ariana Whitehead and Collin Whitehead; four brothers, Douglas Mossberg, John Mossberg of Santa Rosa, CA, Jeffrey Mossberg of Chicago, IL, and David Mossberg of Stillwater, MN; four sisters, Kathy Wyatt of Isanti, MN, Nancy Loudon of Long Lake, MN, Penny Worthington of Andover, MN, and Suzanne Herman of Cedar, MN.
Paul will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Norman Mossberg and Vernon Mossberg.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 6 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Pastor Kevin Miller and Pastor Nate Witiuk officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. and Tuesday, October 23, 2012 from 3 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Paul was a supervisor at Dyncorp. He was a very active member at Awaken Church.
