Obituary

Douglas N. Kershaw, 64, of Derry, NH died Sunday October 14, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 8, 1947 in Chester, PA a son of the late Wilmer J. and Emily (Clements) Kershaw. Mr. Kershaw was a resident of Derry since 1984, formerly living in Plainsboro, NJ. Doug proudly served his country with the US Air Force. He worked for Digital Corp for 22 years. Doug enjoyed motorcycling, skiing, camping and traveling. He especially enjoyed square dancing with Heel and Toe in Manchester. His greatest joy however was the time spent with his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife Bonita Kershaw of Derry, three sons, Daniel N. Morrah of Australia, William Donovan and his wife Kristie of Ridgefield, CT, and Patrick Donovan of Manchester, one daughter, Bonnie-Jean Raposo and her husband Antonio of Somerville, MA, eight grandchildren, four siblings, James Kershaw and his wife Sylvia, Bruce Kershaw and his wife Cyndi, Alan Kershaw and his wife Karen and Heidi Kershaw, all of Garnet Valley, PA, many nieces and nephews, as well as his faithful companion Lacey.
Calling hours were held on Thursday October 18, 2012 from 4 -8 pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry. Funeral services were held on Friday October 19th at 10:00am in the funeral home. Burial followed in the Forest Hill Cemetery, East Derry.
