Mary L. (Grigerek) Signorella, 87, of Dartmouth died Saturday October 13, 2012 at St. Luke's Hospital.
Born in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Dudzik) Grigerek, she had lived in this area since 1955.
Mrs. Signorella had been the first nurse anesthetist employed at St. Luke's Hospital.
She was a great mother and grandmother who loved to dance and play bridge.
She is survived by her son, Albert M. Signorella, M.D., and his wife Joyce, and grandchildren, Michael, Julia, and Jennifer, all of Dartmouth.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial in South Dartmouth Cemetery will be private.
