Mr. Christo Colman, a resident of Andover and beloved husband of Marion (Chaprales) Colman, died on Monday, October 8, 2012, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He was 78 years old.
Born in Haverhill on February 15, 1934, he was the beloved son of the late Nicholas and Aspasia (Argiriou) Colman. Christo was a graduate of Coyne Electrical School in Boston and had worked as an Electronic Technician for many years. Mr. Colman was an active member of Sts. Constantine & Helen Church in Andover. He was also a member of the Ahepa Men's Group. In his spare time, Mr. Colman enjoyed woodworking and fishing. Above all, he was a very devoted husband.
Besides his beloved wife, Marion, he will be very sorely missed by his sister; Christine Colman of Haverhill and many nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Sophie Spyreas and Margareta Fourtzialas.
His funeral service was celebrated in Sts. Constantine & Helen Church, 73 Chandler Road, Andover, Thursday, October 11, 2012, at 11 AM. Many relatives and friends were in attendance. Calling hours were omitted. Burial was held in Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover. Donations in Christo's memory may be made to Sts. Constantine & Helen Church.
