Funeral services for Millie Hill Bryan, 88, Ashburn will be held Monday, October 8, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn. Mrs. Bryan died Friday at Tift Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Bryan was born in Ashville, North Carolina, the daughter of the late James Robert ‘Jim’ and Harriet Victoria Brown Hill. She was a member of the Baptist faith and was the widow of Solomon Elijah ‘S.E.’ Bryan. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and loving grandmother. She was our families “MA”.
Mrs. Bryan is survived by her children, James Robert (Linda) Bryan, Chula, GA, Eddie Joe (Triscilla) Bryan, Ashburn, GA, and Vickie (Gene) Wilson, Rebecca, GA. Also surviving is one brother James D. Hill, Ringgold, GA, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends, Sunday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel.
