Carol E. Scafe, 81, of Clarksville, TN, died on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Spring Meadows Healthcare. She was born on November 24, 1930 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin to the late Earl Winell and Lucella Hougom Winell.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church with Rev. Larry Peters officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 8, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home.
Carol was a devoted housewife and member of Grace Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Scafe of Clarksville, TN; two sons, Randall Paul (Karen) Scafe of Colorado Springs, CO and Gregory Allen (Darnell) Scafe of Signal Mountain, TN; daughter, Janet (Barry) Hand of Reno, NV; sister, Lois Seeger of LaCrosse, WI; six grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
