Dorothy J. (Murphy) Hathaway, of Plympton, died at home on September 29th surrounded by her family at the age of 72. The beloved wife of the late Richard Hathaway Sr., she is survived by her children Richard Hathaway Jr of Plympton, Frances Follett of FL; Patrick Hathaway of Buzzards Bay, Dorothy Rehak of Wareham, Dora Kinsey of NC and Michael Hathaway of Hanson. She also leaves her brothers Jimmy and Harold Murphy, her sisters Patricia Farland, Caroline Innello, Irene Wolfe, Lillian Silva and Karen Trichette, 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren with one on the way. There are no visiting hours and a private burial will be held at the Mass. National Cemetery in Bourne. Arrangements made by the Richard Davis Funeral Homes of Plymouth and Manomet.
