LEICESTER;Mrs. Frances T. (Daly) Park 87 of 77 Willow Hill Rd., Cherry Valley section of Leicester, died Sunday, May 23 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester after being stricken ill at home.She was the wife of Joseph H. Park who died in 1964. She leaves a nephew William Critchley of Rutland and a niece Ann D. Walsh of Worcester, three grand nephews Patrick M. and Timothy S. O'Connor and 1st. lt. Cory K. Critchley, three grand nieces Colleen M. DeColella, Cathleen A. Savery and Casey P. Critchley. A sister, Elizabeth G. Hughes died in 1998.Mrs. Park was a current member of the admissions staff at Worcester State College where she worked for the past 53 years. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, the Leicester Historical Society and the Retired State and Municipal Employees Association. She was a graduate of Leicester High School and Becker Junior College in Worcester.Born in Leicester, she was the daughter of James and Ellen (Barrett) Daly. The funeral will be held Thursday, May 27 from he MORRISON-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St.,Leicester with a Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 759 Main St., Leicester. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Calling hours are Thursday, May 27 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either the Leicester Historical Society, Box 267, Leicester or Nazareth Home, Mullberry St., Leicester, 01524.
