MICKIE BIVENS, 83, passed away on September 20, 2012.
She was a retired receptionist for Dr. Kenneth Reeves, a member of Humana Senior Friends, PRP Senior Club, and Wellman Wesleyan Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter “Buddy” Bivens and her son, Gary Bivens.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandy Cheatham; four grandchildren, including Erick Cheatham and Jennifer Reichert (Shane); great grandsons, Grayson and Trevor; her brother, Raymond Malone and sister Erline Raines.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with entombment in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. Sunday.
