Laura A. Cloutier, 96, of Manchester died September 19, 2012 at Bel-Air Nursing Home after a period declining health.
She was born in Lawrence, MA on May 6, 1916, the daughter of Arthur and Roseline (Monfet) Bergeron.
Prior to retirement, she had been employed by Waumbec Mills for many years. Also, she had worked for Howard Johnson’s for 17 years as a chambermaid before her retirement in 1997.
She was predeceased by her husband Gabriel J. Cloutier in 1978. She was also predeceased by two sisters Lillian Magarian and Marie Jeanne Bergeron.
Family members include two brothers, Ernest Bergeron of Manchester and Robert Bergeron; one sister, Theresa Wajda of Bedford.
A memorial Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Monday, September 24, 2012 in St. Elizabeth Seton Church. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
