Mary E. Burke, 59, of Manchester, NH passed away Wednesday, September 5th at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH.
Mary was born and educated in Boston, MA and graduated from Mission Church High School. She was the daughter of the late John and Eileen (Regan) Burke. She was employed at North East Rehab. in Salem, NH.
Mary enjoyed reading, bowling, and playing darts. She also enjoyed watching her nieces perform Irish Step Dancing. Mary is predeceased by her brothers, Thomas and James Burke.
Mary is survived by her son, Christopher Burke of Manchester, NH; brothers, Robert “Vinnie” Burke of Salem, NH, John Burke, Jr. of Berlin, NH; sister, Margaret “Peggy” Flynn of Londonderry, NH; grandchildren Patrick C. Burke, Rita and Rosie Morell, Anthony Winslo; great-granddaughter, Naomi Morell and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be on Monday, Sept. 10th from 3-5 and 7-9PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:30AM at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Salem, NH.
