Virginia L. (DeBolt) Renner

ANDERSON, Ind. — Virginia L. (DeBolt) Renner, 91, unexpectedly passed away at home on Saturday, March 5, 2011.
Born May 13, 1919, in Noblesville, she was the daughter of Doras D. and Pansy V. (Socks) DeBolt.
She lived in Anderson most of her life. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1937.
Virginia was a homemaker while raising her children. Later in life she was a teller at First Savings & Loan Association, retiring in 1983 after 23 years of service.
Virginia attended the First Baptist Church and was active at the Edgewood Country Club for many years. She was an avid bridge player, and also loved to read.
She is survived by a daughter, Jane Ann Winningham; grandchildren, Pamela Jane Broshar (husband, Michael) Harrison, Patricia J. Broshar-Foust (husband, Monty Foust), Robert Christopher Broshar and Jennifer Jo Renner (husband, James) Miller; great-grandchildren, Trenton Robert Foust, Ethan Joseph Miller, Brenton Dwayne Foust, Austin Christopher Broshar, Michaella Leigh Harrison, Mari Mariah Miller and Elliott James Miller; sisters-in-law, Wanda DeBolt and Doris Douther; nieces, Toni Hughel, Debbie Maddox, Vicki Stallman and Cindy Peters; and a nephew, Jim Skeoch.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Renner, whom she was happily married to for 46 years when he passed; a son, Joseph Renner; brothers, Richard DeBolt and Robert DeBolt; sister-in-law, Marilyn DeBolt; son-in-law, Richard Winningham; and daughter-in-law, Ruth Ann Renner.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Services, 229 S. Rangeline Road, Anderson, officiated by the Rev. Art Jaggard and Monty Foust. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
