Jackie Dean "Jack" Creamer, 75, of Alexandria died at Community Hospital July 12, 2011 after a brief illness.
Survivors include his wife Elizabeth (Ward) Creamer, son Ancel Creamer, 2 daughters DeAnne Phillips and Janina Lagattuta.
Cremation will take place and private family funeral will take place.
