New Bedford – Mark D. DeMoranville, 59, of New Bedford passed away September 2, 2012. He was the fiancé of Cynthia Pulsinelli of New Bedford.
Mr. DeMoranville was born in Acushnet, son of the late Lester L. and Shirley G. (Spooner) DeMoranville, and was a lifelong resident of New Bedford. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was employed as a service millwright by Acushnet Company, New Bedford. He was a member of the Fox & Coon Club in Dartmouth, a former pit crew member at Seekonk and a former Boy Scout Leader for Troop #5. He was a fan of NASCAR.
In addition to his fiancée, he is survived by 2 sons: Douglas M. DeMoranville of Wareham and Nicholas L. DeMoranville of Lakeland, GA; 3 sisters: Charlotte L. Cooper of Aurora, CO; Linda L. Medeiros of Dartmouth; and Cheryl A. Melancon of New Bedford; 2 brothers: Daniel L. Demoranville of Bourne and Brian S. “Scott” DeMoranville of New Bedford; 13 grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
