Barbara R. (Caggiano) Raymond, 72, of Derry, NH died Monday May 24, 2004 at the Haven Health Center of Derry. She was born in Arlington, MA on September 28, 1931, a daughter of the late Angelo and Mary E. (Mulkern) Caggiano. She was a resident of Derry and Londonderry for many years. She was a member of the Derry-Salem Elks and the Emblem Club with in the Elks. Mrs. Raymond was an avid bowler and bowled on a league in the Windham/Salem area. She waitressed for many years for the Derry Community Center, Meals on Wheels Program and the Derry Dairy Restaurant. She was predeceased by her husband Robert J. Raymond Jr. in 1991.
She is survived by one son, Thomas M. Raymond of Manchester, NH, two sisters, Constance E. Shultz of Londonderry, NH, Theresa Duplissa of Somerville, MA, two brothers, Anthony Caggiano of Somerville, MA, John Caggiano of Hernandez, FL, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday May 27th at 9:30am at St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Londonderry. Friends may call on Wednesday from 3 - 5 and 7 -9pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry.
