Theresa (LeBlanc) Budd, 85, of Franklin died September 1 at the Forge Hill Assisted Living Facility in Franklin. She was the wife of the late George B. Budd who died in 2002.
Born in Boston, August 20,1927, the daughter of the late Dedos and Rose (Cormier) LeBlanc, Mrs. Budd was raised in the Roxbury section of Boston and had lived in Norfolk and Wrentham for many years prior to moving to Franklin in the late 1990’s.
Mrs. Budd had been a teller at the Norolk Credit Union for many years before retiring.
Theresa loved to draw and to garden.
She is survived by her children, William G. Budd of Lake Oswego, Oregon, Cynthia Covalucci of Center Barnstead, New Hampshire, Deborah Slate of Norman, Oklahoma and Tracy Reardon Sawyer of Foxboro.
She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, September 6 from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin 131 Main St. in Franklin at 8:00 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church in Wrentham at 9:00.
Burial will be in Wrentham Centre Cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
