Bernadette (Boutin) Gaumont, 101, of New Bedford died May 21, 2004 at Sacred Heart Home.
She was the widow of Leandre Gaumont.
Born in Bellechasse, Quebec, Canada, daughter of the late Cyrille and Elmire (Corriveau) Boutin, she lived in New Bedford most of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Joseph - St. Therese Church in New Bedford.
Survivors include a stepson, Roger Gaumont of New Bedford; a step-daughter-in-law, Claire Gaumont of Acushnet; several step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was the stepmother of the late Roland Gaumont and sister of the late Juliette Viera, Rosalie Boutin, Rene Boutin, Armand Boutin, Romeo Boutin, Germaine Lemmo and Adrienne Jaillet.
