Miriam Ilsa Perez, 60, of Clarksville, TN, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 24, 2012 at her residence. She was born on January 26, 1952 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to Juan J. Juarbe and Margarita Hernandez.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 27, 2012 at 12 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Pastor Ron Bailey officiating. Burial will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West in Hopkinsville, KY. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 26, 2012 from 1-5 p.m. and Monday, August 27, 2012 from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Miriam was a teacher and a member of First Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her parents, Juan Juarbe and Margarita Hernandez; her husband of 36 years, Edwin Perez of Clarksville, TN; two daughters, Ilsa (Beaux) Blair of Reno, NV and Neishla Perez (fiance, Shawn Zorn) of Orlando, FL; two brothers, John Juarbe and Frank Juarbe; two sisters, Jane Margaret Juarbe (Agenol) Roman and Carmen Juarbe; and one grandchild, Isabella Daisy Grace Blair.
Pallbearers will be Beaux Blair, Ramon Valle, Willy Del Rio, Francisco Rodriguez, Jose Soto, and Danny Killebrew.
